By inviting Thrella to your Discord server, accessing our dashboard at thrella.com, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Thrella offers both free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis at the interval you select at checkout (monthly or, where offered, annually/yearly) and automatically renew unless canceled. Optional AI token add-ons are billed on the same interval as the plan they are attached to. Subscription features and limits are determined by your server's member count and selected plan.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment information. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe's terms and authorize recurring charges to your payment method.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial months. If you remove the bot from your server, your subscription will be automatically canceled at the end of the billing period.
If your server's member count exceeds your subscription tier's limit, you will have a 14-day grace period to upgrade. After the grace period, premium features will be limited to the FREE tier configuration until you upgrade. Basic moderation and scam detection always remain active.
Subscriptions can be created and managed by the Discord server owner, members with the Discord Administrator permission, and any role granted Billing access via the dashboard's Permissions page. The server owner is responsible for controlling who has Billing access. If server ownership is transferred, the subscription continues unchanged and billing control follows the configured permissions.
AI Detection is a variable service feature that relies on third-party artificial-intelligence providers. The pricing, rate limits, model availability, technical performance, and continued availability of those providers are outside our control.
Paid plans and add-ons may include an AI usage allowance, expressed as tokens, credits, scans, or another usage unit shown in the dashboard or pricing page. Unless expressly stated otherwise, AI usage allowances are allocated per monthly usage period, including where a subscription is billed annually. Unused usage units do not roll over, are not transferable, have no cash value, are not a stored balance or currency, and are non-refundable except where required by law.
The number of usage units included with a plan or add-on, the rate at which AI Detection consumes usage units, and the availability of AI Detection may be changed where reasonably necessary due to third-party provider pricing changes, changes to provider terms, rate limits, model availability, abuse prevention, technical constraints, security reasons, or other operational or cost reasons.
Where a change reduces an AI usage allowance, the reduction will not retroactively remove usage units already allocated for the current monthly usage period. The change will apply from the next monthly usage period, or from a later date stated in the notice.
Where a change materially reduces the AI usage allowance or materially affects access to AI Detection, we will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice through the dashboard, email, or our Discord. For consumer customers where required by applicable law, we will provide notice in a durable form and allow the customer to terminate the affected subscription without charge within the legally required period. In that case, any refund will be limited to the unused portion of the prepaid subscription period, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
AI Detection is not a guaranteed standalone entitlement and may be temporarily limited, suspended, replaced, or made unavailable if a third-party provider becomes unavailable, changes its terms, imposes restrictions, or if continued provision would create disproportionate cost, security, legal, or operational risk. This does not affect any mandatory rights you may have under applicable law.
Your continued use of the service after a notified change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the adjusted AI usage allowance, unless applicable law gives you a right to terminate and you exercise that right within the required period.
While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to perform maintenance, updates, or emergency fixes that may temporarily interrupt service. We are not liable for any damages resulting from service interruptions.
Thrella uses automated detection systems to identify malicious content. While we maintain high accuracy, false positives and false negatives may occur. Server administrators are responsible for reviewing blocked content and adjusting filters as needed. We are not liable for any content that passes through our filters or for legitimate content that is incorrectly flagged.
Our use of data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using Thrella, you consent to our collection and use of data as described in the Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your privacy and complying with applicable data protection laws including GDPR.
You may not use Thrella to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to Thrella for any server that violates these terms, engages in abusive behavior, or uses the service for illegal purposes. Suspended accounts will not receive refunds for remaining subscription time.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THRELLA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Thrella and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via our dashboard or Discord announcements. Continued use of Thrella after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Netherlands.
