How does Thrella detect scam links?
Thrella uses multiple detection layers that work together to catch threats. Will Thrella interfere with normal messages?
Thrella is designed to minimize false positives. You can configure trusted roles that bypass all security checks, whitelist specific domains and Discord invites, and choose exactly what action each filter takes - from just logging to automatic bans. You stay in control.
What happens when someone is banned or muted?
Every moderation action automatically creates a tracked case with a unique number, the moderator who took the action, the reason, and any attached evidence. If you have appeals enabled, the user receives a DM with a link to submit an appeal through a web form.
Can my moderators use the dashboard?
Yes. Thrella includes role-based access control (RBAC) for the dashboard. You can assign specific Discord roles permission to view or edit different sections - security settings, cases, appeals, logs, and more. Moderators only see what you allow them to see.
What is AI content scanning?
AI content scanning is an optional add-on available on Growth tier and above. It analyzes message content and images for scam patterns, social engineering, impersonation attempts, and other threats that rule-based filters might miss. You control the sensitivity, which channels are scanned, and what action to take.
How do I set up Thrella?
